D was walking around singing "I'll Fly Away" -don't know why. He got to the phrase 'I'll fly away, oh glory.......' and S said, "Glory can't fly!" For those of you that don't know, Glory is my in-laws' dog that we are keeping while they are in England. S is obviously in a very literal stage right now! He likes to read lots of 'bookses' and drink from his 'cupses'. His favorite phrase is 'I'm just kidning!'. I love this age!! He finally gets to start preschool on Tuesday, and he is so excited!
BTW -- for those of you with boys, be very careful if they happen to fall off of a tall toilet. It can require a stitch in a very, um , sensitive area! That was our latest S incident, and it hasn't slowed him down!
